A few of us are already Senior Senior Citizens upon attaining our 65th birthday. Wow...that's 3 score years and 5.......congratulations!!
In case you are not aware, age 65 entitles us to half price for medical consultation and medicines at our Polyclinics. I think we can also use upto $300 pa from our Medisave Account to pay these services.
For the coming 65ers, you will all soon receive a letter from The Singapore Traffic Police Department telling you that you need to submit a certified Medical Report certifying that you are physically and mentally fit to continue driving. You will have to submit a similar report every 3 years thereafter. I did mine at a Govt Polyclinic last week and cost $20.55 incl GST.
I just wanted to share the above info in case some of you are too busy with your other daily stuff.
